INGREDIENTS:
1 kg chicken wings
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
1 satchet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP,8g
cooking oil for frying
¼ cup honey
¼ cup chili sauce
¼ cup calamansi juice

Rub wings with garlic, ginger and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat cooking oil. Fry marinated wings until golden brown. Transfer cooked wings on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
