Coco Cream Corn Ensemble is a simple, and easy to prepare dessert recipe.

Servings: Makes 2-4 glasses
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 liter water
2 pandan leaves, tied into a knot
2 cups buko strips
1 cup whole corn kernel
Crushed ice
1 250ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
Procedure:
- Make pandan syrup by boiling sugar in water with pandan leaves. Continue boiling until sugar is dissolved. Discard pandan leaves and cool mixture in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Put buko and corn in glasses. Top with crushed ice. Drizzle with pandan syrup to sweeten.
- Top with a dollop of NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream before serving.
Notes:
- A cup of corn contains about 5 grams of fiber. Fiber has been shown to maintain digestive health by promoting regular bowel movement.
- About 25grams of fiber is recommended everyday.
- A serving of fruit or vegetables contains about 2 grams of fiber per serving.
