Coco Cream Corn Ensemble

Coco Cream Corn Ensemble is a simple, and easy to prepare dessert recipe.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Servings: Makes 2-4 glasses

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 liter water
2 pandan leaves, tied into a knot
2 cups buko strips
1 cup whole corn kernel
Crushed ice
1 250ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream

Procedure:

  1. Make pandan syrup by boiling sugar in water with pandan leaves. Continue boiling until sugar is dissolved. Discard pandan leaves and cool mixture in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Put buko and corn in glasses. Top with crushed ice. Drizzle with pandan syrup to sweeten.
  3. Top with a dollop of NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream before serving.

Notes:

  •  A cup of corn contains about 5 grams of fiber. Fiber has been shown to maintain digestive health by promoting regular bowel movement.
  • About 25grams of fiber is recommended everyday.
  • A serving of fruit or vegetables contains about 2 grams of fiber per serving.
