Mango Turon with Yogurt


Change up your turon a bit by following this simple recipe from home. This favorite Filipino snack can be dressed up with yogurt, and chocolate syrup.

Serves: 2-4 pax

INGREDIENTS:
1 piece ripe mango, seeded and sliced
10 pieces small lumpia wrapper, cut into 2 half moons
oil for frying
chocolate syrup (optional)
1 125g NESTLÉ Fruit Selection Yogurt

PROCEDURE
Wrap mango in lumpia wrapper and roll to form a log. Set aside.
Heat oil. Fry prepared turon until golden brown. Transfer on a paper lined plate to drain excess oil.
Arrange fried mango turon on a plate. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
Top with any variant of NESTLÉ Fruit Selection Yogurt before serving.
