Creamy Chicken Lumpia


A new take on the favorite fried lumpia - chicken! Try using chicken meat on your fried lumpia. You can serve this as starters on your get togethers or as a viand in large portions/sizes.

Serves: 4-6 pax

2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/3 cup minced onions
250g. chicken breast, minced
1 satchetMAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g.
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup grated quick melt cheese
¼ cup NESTLÉ Cream
10 pieces lumpia wrapper, cut into half
cooking oil for frying
Salsa: Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
1 cup minced tomatoes
½ cup minced onions
1 tbsp. minced kinchay
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar 

PROCEDURE
Heat oil and sauté onions until limp.
Add in chicken and cook until it changes in color (about 8 minutes).
Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, curry powder and sugar. Add cheese and NESTLÉ Cream. Remove from heat and let cool.
Put about 1 tsp. of chicken mixture in lumpia wrapper. Roll and seal edges well.
Deep fry and drain well in paper towels. Serve with the salsa on the side.
